The Inner Circle Membership Terms of Service

By joining The Inner Circle membership, you agree to the following terms:

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS: You will receive access to our complete resource library (valued at $5,000+) and any additional resources created during your active membership. You will also receive three live virtual sessions per month: Happy Hour community calls, Expert Training sessions, and Hot Seat coaching calls.

ACCESS TERMS: Access to all resources and live sessions is provided only during active membership. Once membership ends, access to all resources is terminated unless resources were purchased individually outside of this membership.

COMMITMENT PERIOD: This membership requires a minimum 12-month commitment. Monthly payments will continue automatically after the initial 12 months on a month-to-month basis. After completing your 12-month commitment, you may cancel at any time.

PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS: If payment is stopped, declined, or membership is canceled prior to completing the 12-month commitment, $5,000 (representing the total value of resources accessed) becomes immediately due and payable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SHARING RESTRICTIONS: All resources, including but not limited to videos, recordings, templates, workbooks, and downloadable materials, are for your individual use only in your practice only. You may not share, distribute, copy, record, screenshot, or transmit any membership content to others in any format. This includes sharing with colleagues, family members, or any third party. All content remains the exclusive property of Veterinary MBA and is protected by copyright law.

SERVICE DELIVERY: Three live virtual sessions will be provided each calendar month as described in membership materials. Sessions may be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, with advance notice provided when possible.

GENERAL TERMS: The individual membership is for individual use only and may not be shared. The clinic membership is for up to 5 IP addresses/email addresses for employees within the same clinic. After the clinic membership is purchased, you will be contacted for the contact information for the other 4 employees.

These terms may be updated with 30 days notice to active members.
