Program Description

In this workshop, participants will be guided through every step of the strategic planning process for veterinary practices. They will learn how to effectively prepare for an impactful and effective strategic planning weekend and identify where their practice currently stands. From there, they will define clear goals, map out actionable steps to achieve those goals, and establish methods to track progress. By the end, participants will have a solid framework to propel their practice toward its vision and long-term success.

Program Agenda

This “semi-self-paced” workshop is a series of 6 pre-recorded videos, a downloadable workbook, and 15 modifiable PDF documents including surveys and evaluation forms.

The pre-recorded modules will start dropping on October 12, 2024 and drop every couple of days to allow you to go through them when it is most convenient for you.

The only live component will be the Bonus Live Zoom coaching call on October 26, 2024.
